Quality Guarantee

 

We stand by the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you or your customers are not satisfied with the quality of the products received, please contact us within 30 days of receiving the item. We will investigate the issue and work diligently to find a solution.

 

If our quality assurance team validates your claim, we will send a complimentary replacement order as quickly as possible. Our priority is to resolve any problems and ensure your customers are happy with their orders. If a replacement is not feasible or your customers cannot wait for a new order to arrive, please let us know, and we will issue a refund.

 

Color Consistency

 

We strive to minimize color variations by using consistent print machines, paper types, and work processes across our print partners. However, due to the chemical nature of printing and various influencing factors (e.g., machine type, settings, paper types, room humidity, and machine maintenance), 100% color consistency cannot be guaranteed. Minor color variations within acceptable tolerance levels are not covered under our quality guarantee.

 

Defective or Damaged Products

 

If you or your end customers receive defective or damaged products, including damage to delivered items, incorrect quantities, or lack of quality not caused by provided content, please contact us. (We will need photographic evidence)

 

 

Lost Orders Policy

 

For packages lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days from the estimated delivery date. We will send a replacement order on your behalf.

 

Return Policy

 

Returned by Customer

We do not support returns for all our products are personalized products made specifically for each order. If you wish to submit a new order, you will be responsible for the costs of the new order.

 

Rejected by the Recipient

If the customer rejects the shipment during delivery, when it is returned, it will disposed of safely. To submit a new order, the customer will be responsible for the costs of the new order.
